Lagonglong is a fifth-class municipality in Misamis Oriental Province, Philippines. As of the 2020 census, it has a population of 24,190 inhabitants.

The municipality has an area of ​​83.78 square kilometers or 32.35 square miles, which is 2.68% of the total area of ​​Misamis Oriental. According to the 2020 census, the population was 24,190. This represented 2.53% of the total population of Misamis Oriental Province or 0.48% of the total population of the North Mindanao Region. Based on these numbers, the population density is estimated at 289 people per square kilometer or 748 people per square mile.
