The Araw ng Loreto, on the other hand, is a commemoration of the founding anniversary of the municipality. It is celebrated every 18th of October and is marked with a series of events such as parades, sports competitions, and cultural shows. HOW TO GET THERE

Loreto can be accessed by land transportation. From Butuan City, it takes approximately 2 to 3 hours of travel time by bus or van. From Davao City, it takes approximately 5 to 6 hours of travel time by bus or van. Private vehicles can also be used to get to Loreto. 

The municipality is situated along the national highway, making it easily accessible. However, it is always advisable to check road conditions before traveling, especially during the rainy season.
