After a short break from a long drive from Davao City, we will head to Basilan. Early morning, the line first to get ferry tickets for people and vehicles. We reached the first trip. There is a tambayan here in the town of Makilala in North Cotabato where I often meet some local cyclists. Located just along the highway to Mlang town in the same province. Every morning after long rides cyclists gather in this small resto cafe not only to relax but to hang out and eat breakfast. This small house serves some local dishes such as puto maya (rice cake) sikwate (homade hot chocolate) and fresh milk.
